Governess Chapters

It’s 1985, and Caitlyn studies engineering as a way of rebelling against her father. She’s low on food and doesn’t have rent, and she is just going to run some drugs to try to make a quick couple of bucks.

Then a monster tries to eat her, and she takes it very personally. She learns about magic but isn’t a witch. She takes on a crew of boys who are good with blades, and they call her den mother.

Alicia comes along later, carries a rifle, and misplaces her son. The boys in her den call her The Governess.

Action at a breakneck pace with just a hint of magic.

Bullox the Cat

Thomas is a 15-year-old homeless boy. His mom works, but they live in a shelter. They get stuck out in a snowstorm. A kitten attaches itself to Thomas.

Thomas never had a taste for violence before monsters killed his mom and almost sucked him dry. The world no longer matters. He assumes he has no future. He has no urge other than to do things right by that little kitten and shed blood.

He does find hope for the future in a group of friends. Will he always have to hide his nature?
